Hire an appointment setter for your online business

If your DMs are piling up and qualified leads are going cold because nobody is responding fast enough, you need a setter. They handle the conversations, qualify the interest, and book sales calls so your closer (or you) can focus on converting.

What a setter actually does

Setters engage leads through Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn, or ad responses. They qualify interest, handle early objections, and book the lead onto a call. A good setter handles 20 to 50+ conversations a day. The numbers that matter are booking rate (15 to 30%) and show rate (how many booked calls actually happen).

Pay is usually per booked call, per show, or base plus bonus.

Why info-space setters are different

Setting for a coaching business or course creator is not the same as cold-calling for a SaaS company. The conversations happen in DMs. The buyer psychology is different. The objections are different. A setter who has actually worked inside the info-product space already knows the language, the common pushback, and how to move someone from "maybe" to "booked" without being pushy.

How we screen setters

Proof of work first: booking rates, show rates, what kind of offers they've set for. Then we pay attention to how they communicate during screening. Reply speed matters because that's literally the job. Someone who takes a day to reply during screening will be slow with your leads too.
