Who we are

MG Placements is a recruiting service run by Earned Brands LLC. This page covers how we handle information when you use mgplacements.com.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on the site, we collect:

• Name and contact info (email, WhatsApp, or Instagram handle)
• Role and experience details
• Budget or compensation expectations
• Portfolio links or proof of work (candidates)

We also collect anonymous usage data (page views, referral source, device type, session duration) through cookies and analytics.

How we use it

• Employers: to understand the role you need and find the right person.
• Candidates: to evaluate fit for current and future roles, and to reach out when something matches.
• Analytics: to see how people use the site. We use PostHog, hosted in the EU.

Who we share with

We share candidate info only with employers, only for a specific role match, and only after screening. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Data retention

Candidate profiles stay on our bench for up to 24 months unless you ask us to remove them. Employer data is kept for the engagement plus 12 months. Analytics data is kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you the data we have on you
• Correct anything wrong
• Delete your data
• Stop contacting you

Security

HTTPS, strict content security policies, EU-hosted analytics. Only authorized personnel access candidate and employer data.
